To provide the best service possible, we depend on our certified nurse injectors and nurse assistants to perform a wide variety of nonsurgical services at our practice. Each of our nurses has been thoroughly trained by Dr. Furnas and Dr. Canales to ensure unparalleled patient care. Our front desk team and patient coordinators assist patients with registration and understanding all they need to know prior to their appointment. Ashley was born and raised in a small town in South Dakota. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Management and Administration. She fell in love with the aesthetic industry when she started working for a plastic surgeon in Minneapolis. She has over 8 years of plastic surgery office and surgery center experience and is always ready with an answer if a patient has a question.
Her job is to oversee the daily operations of the office and maintain the quality of care. She can tackle any patient concerns or problems so that our patients receive the best experience at our office. Her passion for the medical / aesthetics industry and patient satisfaction is a perfect match for this professional, innovative, and cutting-edge organization. In any spare time, she enjoys anything outdoors, traveling, spending time with her fiance and two doggies, and loving her new nephew!
Front Office Coordinator
Julianna Page is our Information and Scheduling Specialist, joining the Plastic Surgery Associates team in 2015. The Southern California native fell in love with Sonoma County upon graduating from Ashford University with a BS in Psychology. She has since used her education in many patient-related fields, from youth and adult clinics such as Victor Treatment Center and Lifehouse Inc. To holistic wellness centers such as Osmosis Day Spa, where she was a leader the Guest Services department, earning such awards as CANVAS’ Hospitality Excellence Award. These endeavors have allowed her to focus on what she is truly passionate about; excellently serving others with sincerity and integrity.
Director of Client Services
Keri was born and raised in Sonoma County. As an avid runner, she is grateful to call this beautiful county her home. Keri joined Plastic Surgery Associates in 2013. Her professional background in oral surgery, practice management, and adjunct faculty at Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) Health Sciences Department, prepared her for the aesthetic industry. Her role as Patient Coordinator allows her to do what she enjoys most – providing patient care and patient education. When she’s not at the office, Keri enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
